Purposes and legal basis for data processing
Legal basis for data processing - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
 The administrator processes your personal data if it is necessary for you to use the website available under the internet domain name netfire.pl (hereinafter "the website"). The basis for the processing of your personal data is to enable the use of the website, including for the purpose of filling in the Contact Form.
 
The purposes of data processing, which you indicate in the Contact Form, are related to:

c) with the archiving of documents, statistics and possible pursuit of claims or defense against claims related to the performance of the Newsletter service - the basis for such processing is the necessity to process data to implement the Administrator's legitimate interests - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR [the Controller's legitimate interest is the archiving of documents, keeping statistics, pursuing claims or defending against claims]. The Newsletter Electronic Service consists in periodically sending information from the Administrator to the e-mail address provided by the subscriber, including commercial information and marketing content. The newsletter is voluntary and free of charge. The conclusion of the contract for the provision of the Newsletter Service takes place at the time of submitting the "Subscribe" instruction after prior indication of the e-mail address. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by marking the ending subscription (unsubscribe) field of the Newsletter in the received e-mail or by sending such information to the Administrator. 
 
The data processing purposes that you indicate when subscribing to receive Product Samples are related to:

a) with the conclusion and performance of the service consisting in the delivery of Product Samples - the basis for such processing is the necessity to process data to conclude and perform the contract - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR;
 
b) with the marketing of the Administrator's own services and products - the basis for such processing is the necessity to process data to implement the Administrator's legitimate interests - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR [the Controller's legitimate interest is direct marketing of its products and services];
 
c) with archiving of documents, statistics and possible pursuit of claims or defense against claims related to the provision of the service of delivering Product Samples - the basis for such processing is the necessity to process data to implement the Administrator's legitimate interests - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR [the Controller's legitimate interest is the archiving of documents, keeping statistics, pursuing claims or defending against claims]. The service of ordering Product Samples consists in ordering samples of selected NETFIRE GROUP Products free of charge. The conclusion of the contract for the delivery of Product Samples takes place at the moment of submitting the "Send" instruction after prior indication of all the required address data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address). You can withdraw from the service if it has not yet been performed, unless the performance of the service began with the consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing him about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The purpose, scope and categories of recipients of data processed by the Administrator will result from actions taken by the user as part of using the website.
 

Duration of data storage
Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. If the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, personal data will be processed until an objection is raised. If the basis for processing is consent, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. After the above-mentioned during the period, the data may be stored until any claims are time-barred or until the obligation to store data resulting from legal provisions expires.
