Material cards
2 mm natural rubber
Our most popular base with an anti-slip underside. 2 mm is the optimal thickness: the mat is flexible, cards are easy to pick up, yet it's not heavy and rolls up easily. Laser-cut edges do not fray.
Anti-slip fabric
A very thin, firmly gripping material. Discreet, stable pads for plates, candles and decorations - light to ship.
Dry-erase PVC
Write and erase an infinite number of times. Very durable and waterproof - ideal for desk planners, maps, educational boards and workshop materials.
Eco-leather
Flexible, waterproof and striking. Chosen by premium game publishers - including titles like Europa Universalis and Hannibal & Hamilcar.
Canvas
We print painting reproductions and artwork on canvas. The print can be stretched on a frame - a ready piece of wall art - or finished as an art mat or interior decoration.

Rubber mats certified to EN 71-1, -2, -3
EN 71 is the European toy safety standard - the most demanding benchmark for products that people (including children) touch every day. Our natural rubber mats are tested against all three key parts of the standard:
EN 71-1 · Mechanical & physical properties
The product must pose no mechanical risk - no sharp edges, detaching pieces or small parts that could cause choking.
EN 71-2 · Flammability
The material is tested for its behaviour in contact with fire - relevant on desks and tables, wherever there are candles, electronics or children.
EN 71-3 · Migration of elements
Strict limits on the release of harmful substances: phthalates, PAH, cadmium, lead and soluble heavy metals - anything that could pass through skin or into a child's mouth.
Safety you can see in documents - not just declarations
- Rare in the gadget industry - most cheap imported pads and mats undergo no testing at all. A certified material genuinely sets the product - and the brand behind it - apart.
- Protection for your brand - your logo is on the mat. If the product turns out to be harmful, the legal and reputational consequences hit the brand, not an anonymous manufacturer.

What materials do you make mats and pads from?
We work with five material technologies: 2 mm natural rubber (desk mats, mouse pads, game mats), anti-slip fabric (light pads, table decoration), dry-erase PVC (education, RPG, planning, workshop), eco-leather (products with a specific character, board games) and canvas (reproductions, artwork, artistic mats). Our R&D department also tests custom combinations, for example 2 mm rubber with a dry-erase top layer or double-sided rubber accessories.
Why exactly 2 mm of natural rubber?
Because it is the thickness at which four requirements meet without compromise: the mat is flexible, cards are easy to pick up from the surface, the product is not heavy to ship and it rolls up without permanent creases. Thinner material ripples and slides on the desktop; thicker raises shipping cost and makes rolling harder. The base is anti-slip, and the laser-cut edge does not fray.
What exactly do the EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3 certifications mean?
EN 71 is the European toy safety standard - the most demanding benchmark for products in everyday contact with people. Our natural rubber mats are tested in three key parts. EN 71-1 covers mechanical and physical properties: no sharp edges, detachable elements or small parts posing a choking hazard. EN 71-2 concerns flammability, i.e. the material's behaviour in contact with fire - important wherever there are candles, electronics or children on the desk. EN 71-3 sets migration limits for elements: phthalates, PAHs, cadmium, lead and soluble heavy metals, as well as antimony, arsenic, barium, chromium, cobalt, nickel, selenium and tin.
Will I get the test documentation?
Yes. Our rubber material is tested, and we provide the documentation on request together with the quote. If your project requires it, a specific production run can be tested additionally - though this is not necessary, because the test concerns the material the run is made from. For corporate orders, tenders and retail sale in the European Union, this reduces a whole section of safety questions to a single attachment.
Does laser cutting require making a cutting die?
No. The laser cuts directly from the vector file, without a physical tool - which is why an unusual shape generates no set-up cost or run threshold. It is a significant economic difference: with punching technology, the tool cost, from several to several tens of thousands of złoty, pays off only at runs in the thousands. Below that threshold the laser wins clearly, and most B2B pad orders fall precisely below it.
What finishes do you offer?
Gold, silver, holographic effects, glow-in-the-dark, a dry-erase coating, snap fasteners turning a mat into a tray, and double-sided printing. Metallic finishes give a series a collectible character - the most common choice of publishers for limited editions and deluxe versions of crowdfunding campaigns.
Are the materials available off the shelf?
We keep stock of the basic bases - 2 mm natural rubber, dry-erase PVC, anti-slip fabric, eco-leather and canvas - so the start of production does not wait for raw-material delivery. This is a direct advantage of production in the European Union: in the import chain the mere arrival of the raw material is several weeks of sea freight before production even starts. Thanks to this, production and delivery fit within 5-20 working days after design approval with us.
Which material should I choose for my product?
Start from function, not from material - we will select the base from among hundreds of tested combinations. In brief: 2 mm natural rubber for desk, mouse and board and card games; dry-erase PVC for anything you write on; eco-leather where a specific surface character and waterproofing matter; anti-slip fabric for light products shipped in an envelope; canvas for artwork stretched on a frame. If you are not sure, choose the advice option in the configurator.
Do you test new materials to order?
Yes - our R&D department constantly tests new materials and combinations, for example 2 mm rubber with a dry-erase layer or double-sided rubber accessories. If you have a functional requirement you don't see on the list - antistatic properties, temperature resistance, sound damping - describe it. There is a good chance we already have a tested answer from another project.
