Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we get most often.
How does your white-label model work?
We produce the product, package it to your brief and ship it to you or directly to your end customer. The product and packaging carry your brand only: your labels, barcodes and packaging design. Our details appear neither on the product nor in the parcel - the end customer receives your product, not ours.
Do you handle fulfilment, i.e. shipping directly to end customers?
Yes. We can send single orders to your customers' addresses, with your documents and in your packaging. We pass on tracking numbers, and for ongoing cooperation we provide access to our logistics system, which simplifies entering repeat orders. This removes the need to keep a warehouse and run double logistics: the product does not travel to you first only to then travel to the buyer.
How do you package products intended for retail sale?
To your brief - from a rolled form in a sleeve, through a box, to display packaging with a hang tab. We have a ready set of packaging dies we can use for full-colour printed products, so bespoke packaging requires no investment in a new tool. As standard we handle: print on the packaging, an insert or leaflet inside, an EAN or GTIN barcode on the product and on the master carton, labels compliant with marketplace requirements, and bulk packaging in cartons at a set multiple. If you sell via Amazon FBA, we adapt the markings to the programme's requirements.
What is the minimum run for private label?
There is no minimum. Several parallel production lines and technologies that let us make a mat from just 1 piece mean you can test the market with a short series and, if sales are good, increase the run without changing supplier, form or tooling price. It is the opposite of the import model, where the first order is usually a full container and frozen capital.
Do the products meet the requirements for sale in the European Union?
Natural rubber mats are certified to EN 71-1, -2 and -3, and we provide the test documentation on request. In addition, because production takes place in Poland, you don't have to appoint a responsible person in the European Union for imported goods within the meaning of the GPSR Regulation (EU) 2023/988, in force since 13 December 2024. The seller's obligations remain on your side - but without the import layer, which with a supplier from outside the Union is the most costly.
What does the new toy safety regulation change?
Regulation (EU) 2025/2509 will replace the current Directive 2009/48/EC; it entered into force on 1 January 2026 and will apply from 1 August 2030, with a transition period in which both acts apply. The key novelty is the digital product passport accessible via a data carrier. If your products reach children - play mats, family games, educational aids - it is worth planning your portfolio with this deadline in mind; we are ready to discuss it as early as the design stage.
What if the product sells out a week after launch?
Express reprints, including small batches, are standard with us. Realistically this means a dozen or so working days from decision to goods in your warehouse instead of another import cycle made up of production in China, sea freight and clearance. For e-commerce brands that is the difference between holding your position in the sales ranking and starting from zero a month later with an “out of stock” status.
Who on your side runs my project?
One person - from the first message to shipping, without handing the case between departments. B2B contact: Łukasz Włoch, business account manager (+48 797 738 009) and Łukasz Schmidt, CEO, strategic and investment cooperation (+48 608 378 695). The distributors Hexagone Diffusion from France and Spieleschmiede from Germany cite the responsiveness of customer care as the main reason for continuing the cooperation.
