The standard cycle is 5-20 working days from design approval to delivery, including production and transport. By comparison: with importing from Asia, on top of a few weeks of sea freight you have to add the production itself in China, which takes further weeks, plus customs clearance - so the decision on a gadget has to be made roughly three months before the event. If you have less time than the standard cycle, say so in your enquiry; we produce in-house, so the order sequence is our decision, not a subcontractor's.

Coasters and cup mats, pads in custom shapes, informational mats with a QR code and tournament accessories. For Games Island, organiser of the largest German Warhammer tournament, we developed the thinnest objective markers available, branded with the graphics of the Raccoon Rumble tournament; a product in this form had not existed on the market before.

Yes, and with no tooling fee. We cut with a laser, so the outline of a logo, mascot or product is cut directly from the vector file - there is no need to make a cutting die, whose one-off cost reaches several tens of thousands of złoty and pays off only at runs in the thousands. In practice a bespoke shape is available from just a few dozen pieces, and for the next edition of the event you can change it without incurring the cost again.

There is no minimum threshold. Several parallel production lines and technologies that let us make a mat from just 1 piece mean agencies order from us both a few dozen pieces for an intimate client meeting and several thousand for an industry trade fair. The absence of an MOQ is particularly important for events, where the number of attendees is confirmed two weeks before the event.

Because the gadget carries your client's logo, and legal and reputational responsibility follows the brand, not an anonymous manufacturer. Most cheap imported pads pass no testing; our natural rubber mats are certified to EN 71-1 (mechanical properties), EN 71-2 (flammability) and EN 71-3 (element migration). The key difference concerns who is liable: with production in Poland, the manufacturer's obligations - including the risk analysis and documentation required by the GPSR Regulation (EU) 2023/988 - rest with us. With production in China, that same obligation passes to the importer - that is, to you or your client.

Yes - we package to the customer's brief: individually, in sets, in packaging with your branding, with labels and barcodes. For events, bulk packaging is most often used for on-stand logistics, or individual packaging if the gadget is to be handed over in person. We can also send parcels directly to attendees' addresses.

The customer Hydra Events from Denmark made design changes on their own initiative too, and they were not charged extra.
