No - the quote is free and non-binding. You get a specific proposal of material, technology and price, and you make the decision later, usually after seeing a physical sample.

We reply to enquiries within one working day, and we usually send the quote together with a proposed material and technology within two working days of the product information being completed. If you have a specific deadline - a trade fair, a launch, a campaign - write it in your enquiry. With our own production lines we set the order sequence ourselves, and production and delivery fit within 5-20 working days after design approval.

Yes. The sample is chargeable, but we deduct its cost from the value of the final, large order, so when a series goes ahead it ultimately costs you nothing. If you first want to check the quality of the material itself, without a specific project, we will send a sampler of the available bases.

Yes - most projects begin at exactly this stage. The quote is free and shows the real price range for different runs, materials and finishes, so you get figures you can base a budget request or a board decision on. If it turns out the idea doesn't fit the budget, we will propose a cheaper material variant rather than close the conversation.
