A simple process. Zero guesswork.
You don't need to arrive with a production file. An idea is enough - we walk the rest together, step by step, with a physical sample before you commit to a series.
Describe your idea
A few sentences, a sketch or an inspiration photo. Tell us what the product is for and who will use it.
We match a solution and quote it
We advise on material, format and finishing technology. You get a concrete quote - no strings attached.
We make a sample or prototype
Our production team makes a physical prototype and ships it to you. You judge the texture, colours and workmanship with your own eyes.
You approve, we produce
After approval we produce the full run - from a few pieces to a full series - and ship to you or your customers.

Full production control
- Our own complete production line - no subcontractors. Quality and deadlines under our control regardless of volume.
- Made in Poland (EU) - no stuck containers, no customs. Fast, predictable shipping.
- Samples of all versions - not sure which prototype to pick? We'll print samples within days.
- Express reprints - a sold-out run after launch is no trouble, even for small batches.
How they rate the process

"From the development process over samples and help in the design process, all the way to holding the final product in our hands - everything was perfect!"Jennifer Vogel - Games Island

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to the questions we get most often.
What does the process from idea to finished product look like?
Four steps. First, you describe the idea - a few sentences, a sketch or an inspiration photo is enough. Second, we match the material, format and finishing technology and prepare a quote. Third, we make a physical sample or prototype and send it to you. Fourth, once approved, we launch production in Poland and ship to you or to your customers. At no stage do you have to supply a ready production file.
Is preparing the visualisation and print file chargeable?
No - our in-house graphic studio prepares the product visualisation and the production file at no extra charge, as part of the project. This also includes revisions: the customer Hydra Events from Denmark made design changes on their own initiative and they were not charged extra. If you have your own designer, we will accept their files and check them for production - also free of charge.
In what format should I send the files?
Vector is best - PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, with fonts converted to curves. If you only have raster graphics, we will accept PNG, TIFF or JPG at the highest possible resolution. We don't turn enquiries away over file format: if the material is too low quality to print, our studio will prepare a production version or recreate the logo in vector.
How long does order fulfilment take?
Production and delivery fit within 5-20 working days from design approval, depending on the run, finishing technology and country of delivery. Before that comes the stage of quote, visualisation and sample, which takes a few working days. Deadlines are predictable, because all production happens on our lines in Poland, without subcontractors, and shipping within the European Union requires no customs clearance.
Will I get a sample before the series is produced?
Yes - a physical prototype reaches your hands before you decide on a series. You assess the texture, colours and workmanship with your own eyes, not in a photo. If you can't choose between variants, we print samples of all versions within a few days. Bettina Thorvil from Hydra Events summed it up like this: the process of ordering custom products is simple, because we approve the design of every element before production.
Is the sample chargeable?
Yes, the sample is chargeable - but we deduct its cost from the value of the final, large order. In practice this means that when a series goes ahead, the sample costs you nothing, while both sides can be sure we are talking about a specific project. If you want to compare several material or finishing variants, say so at the quoting stage - we will match a set of samples to the decision you actually have to make.
Who runs my project?
One person, from the first message to shipping - without handing the case between departments. The business account manager is Łukasz Włoch (+48 797 738 009); strategic and investment cooperation is handled by Łukasz Schmidt, CEO (+48 608 378 695). In practice this means the person who knows your project technically is the same person who answers the phone about the deadline.
Do you fulfil orders for customers outside Poland?
Yes - we serve customers from across the European Union and have delivered projects for companies from Germany, France, Denmark and the Czech Republic, among others. Shipping within the Union involves no customs clearance or duty, and delivery times are predictable and fall within the same window of 5-20 working days from design approval. Our site is available in six language versions.
